Chakra UI gives you accessible primitives. Toro UI gives you the finished sections built from them — heroes, pricing tables, settings screens — designed to look intentional out of the box. Toro UI requires Chakra UI v3 as a peer.
No. Every plan is a single payment. You keep the code you have installed forever, and every update we ship to Toro UI is included for as long as the project is maintained. If we ever release a separate successor product that would be a new purchase — but nothing you have already installed stops working.
A person, not a machine and not a project. Projects are unlimited on every plan, and you can use your key on as many of your own computers as you like. A plan's developer count is the number of people who hold a key — invite and revoke them from your account at any time.
Yes, and you never pay twice. Upgrading credits the full amount you originally paid against the higher plan, so going from Personal to Team costs the $200 difference rather than $399. The credit is what you actually paid, so if you bought during a launch discount that is what comes off.
Immediately, from your account page. It shows your seat key for the CLI (npx @toro-ui/cli login), unlocks every block's source on this site, and gives you the MCP server URL so your coding agent can pull blocks directly — that one signs in with your account, so there is no key to paste.
No. Blocks depend on v3 token semantics such as colorPalette and bg.panel. If you are on v2, migrate first — the Chakra team publishes a codemod for the bulk of the work.
Yes. You can ship Toro UI blocks in commercial products on every plan. The one restriction is redistributing the blocks themselves as a competing component library.
On the Agency plan your client keeps and may modify the code you delivered to them, for that project, without needing their own licence. What they cannot do is use the library to build separate products — that needs a licence of their own.
Digital goods cannot be returned, so purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. If something is genuinely broken or not as described, email us and we will sort it out.
